Sara Ali Khan underwent an incredible transformation from weighing 96 kgs to 46 kgs
Sara Ali Khan’s transformation hasn’t been a cinch, from a cute chubby kid at Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s wedding to a sizzling hot Bollywood star.
In recent interviews and at Koffee with Karan Season 6, Sara ali khan talks about how she shifts from pizza to salad and from lethargy to cardio.
When asked Sara, about how she started-off her journey she answered, I simply started everyday gyming and running on Hindi Bollywood music on treadmill and eating right,is how I kickstarted my fitness journey. But Because she was so obese it was more about cardio-heavy workouts like walking, cycling so before entering the intermediate forms of exercise and workout she could lose more.
She likes to change things up so with a combination of functional training, boxing, pilates and cardio she took fitness to another level. Sara also spoke about her fitness regime which includes her practices in Kathak, yoga, Pilates and intense workouts. She does one and half hour of workout everyday. Sundays are exceptional.

Sara Ali Khan’s Transformation includes a simple, yet healthy diet plan. Her day begins with a glass of warm water. Sara’s regular diet mostly consists of home-cooked food that’s rich in fibre.
Sara’s regular meal includes :
Breakfast : Sara loves to have idlis, egg white and bread toast for Breakfast.
Lunch : She prefers chapatis, dal, salad, veggies and some fruits.
Evening Snacks : Her evening snacks consist of a bowl of upma which keep her energised.
Dinner : At night time, Sara simply chooses a light dinner, probably chapatis with green vegetables.
Sara Ali Khan’s pre-workout foodstuff includes a bowl of muesli along with some oats and fruits. Tofu, salads, legumes and protein shake will be her post-workout refreshment.
