The business leadership is what is exercised by a person, the boss, within a company who has the ability to communicate in a successful manner with employees when making recommendations or suggestions, creating a link with the workers and the objective of the company, so both are recognized by people as a leader within the workplace. The main function of the business leadership is to take care of the perfect operation in all areas of the company to achieve the surefire success.

The business leadership must have the ability to appease the different personalities of the people who work in a particular workplace for the best performance of the same and as a result the achievement of the objectives, without neglecting the emotions and feelings of the said individuals, for that the business leader must be an example to follow within the company.

The business leadership can be classified as transactional and transformational. The first is the most rigorous for the reason that it is focused on numbers, the detailed process of each action that is carried out and the income, on the other hand, the transformational business leadership focuses more towards the value that should be given to the workers who work in the company. For some, the secret is in getting the balance between both, which can lead to the organization having more growth.

Among the major characteristics that the business leadership must have is the ability to make good decisions for the reason that he has a great responsibility. He must have the charisma and discipline when it comes to an employee to perform to the maximum, he must show the authority if the organization is vitally important to lead, since he must order and manage well the resources that are in the company, also have the vision of an entrepreneur, be creative to design and execute unique ideas that help in the development of the company, be a person with a good communication skills, so that at the moment of expressing an idea, it becomes clear to the recipient and is executed effectively. The business leadership should have a good presence in front of the others. The honesty is one of the most important features since both the employer and the employees place their trust in the business leadership.
